Reason #1: You Get Treated On Your First Visit

We know one thing: patients come to us because they want to feel better, and they want to feel better FAST!

As you read this, you likely have back pain, neck pain, and/or headaches. The last thing you want to do is go through a two-day (or three-day!) sales process when you are hurting, right?

You will be treated on your first visit in our office; unless your exam and history suggest that we refer you to another medical professional. There are no sales pitches in our office, and we’ll give you evidence-based treatment recommendations straight out of the medical literature.

And all this is done without drugs, needles, or surgery.

Reason #2: We Only Recommend What’s Needed

You will receive our best recommendations for care, and we will recommend what you really need. Nothing more, nothing less.

 Reason #3: We Offer “Short-Term” Care

What exactly is “Short-Term” chiropractic care? Exactly that. It is short-term pain-relief care.

After 30+ years, Dr. Nielsen knows that most patients are going to stay with a treatment plan right up to the point when they are out of pain, and then come back when they need him again.

Dr. Nielsen’s job is to get you out of pain as quickly as possible. You can always let him know if you want more care, and he will make the appropriate treatment recommendations for your case.

Reason # 4: Walk-Ins Welcome

When was the last time you could just walk into a busy doctor’s office and be seen right away? We know it’s almost impossible.

We believe in having a walk-in clinic. Yes, we are very busy.  Yes, you may have to wait a minute (or two) from time to time. However, for the most part, it is simple to get in to see Dr. Nielsen. Many times, you are in and out of his office within 20 minutes (or less).

If you’re an established patient, it would be nice if you would call ahead at (262) 534-3767 and let us know you are coming so we can have your file ready.

We have special times set aside for new patients because they require more time, and we prefer that all new patients set up an appointment by calling (262) 534-3767.

Reason # 5: We’re A “NO-WAITING” Office

There is no waiting at our office when you have an appointment. This means that you don’t have to bring a book and a bag lunch to your office visit.

In fact, we don’t even have a waiting room.

We haven’t had one in a very long time, and we occasionally have other doctors travel to Waterford to study how our office runs so smoothly!
